Refund policy
At Martini Motorstyling, we take great pride in providing high-quality car wraps and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. Cancellations

Before Installation:
If you wish to cancel your car wrap order before the installation date, you may do so with no penalty, but please provide notice at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total order amount due to preparation and scheduling costs. -
After Installation:
Once the installation has begun or is completed, cancellations are not permitted. The full balance of the service is due upon completion of the wrap.
2. Refunds

Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable once the work has been scheduled, as it covers the costs of materials and labor preparations. -
Pre-Installation Refunds:
If you cancel your order before the installation date (with more than 48 hours' notice), you will receive a refund of the balance paid minus the non-refundable deposit. -
Post-Installation Refunds:
Once the installation is completed, no refunds will be issued. We ensure that our wraps are applied to the highest standards and encourage you to carefully review your design and final approval before installation. -
Defects or Errors:
If there is a defect in the wrap or an error made by our team during installation (e.g., incorrect design, poor workmanship), we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of installation to address any issues.
3. Design Approval
- Clients must approve the final design before installation. Once approved, the design is locked, and any changes after the approval stage may incur additional charges and delays.
4. Special Circumstances

Weather/Other Delays:
In cases of weather-related delays or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your appointment and notify you as soon as possible. These delays do not affect the refund or cancellation policy. -
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the service, but we are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by such events.
